1. Information we process
CreatorOS processes the account information you provide, including your name and email address; the prompts, files, and generated assets you choose to submit; and limited service records needed to operate your account. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored as full card numbers by CreatorOS.
2. Google and YouTube data
If you choose to connect a Google/YouTube account, CreatorOS requests only the permissions displayed by Google. The current YouTube connection may identify your channel and, only when you later initiate and confirm a publish action, upload the title, description, visibility choice, and video asset you selected. CreatorOS does not publish merely because you connect an account.
CreatorOS stores the minimum connection metadata needed to show the connected account and encrypted provider credentials needed to perform an action you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you requested or where legally required.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide requested generation and publishing features, secure the service, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. AI generation may require us to send the prompt or source material you choose to a configured third-party model provider solely to perform the requested service.
4. Retention, deletion, and revocation
You can disconnect a publishing account from Connections. Disconnecting deletes CreatorOS's stored access token, refresh token, scopes, account identifiers, and associated provider metadata for that connection. For Google connections, CreatorOS also requests Google revocation; if Google is unavailable, you can revoke access directly from your Google Account security settings. Disconnecting does not delete a video or post already published to a provider.
You can use account Settings to request account deletion. We retain information only as long as needed to operate the account, resolve support issues, comply with legal duties, or protect against abuse, then delete or de-identify it according to our operational retention obligations.
5. Your choices
You control whether to connect an account, which channel or account to use, the title and description you send, and whether a YouTube upload is private, unlisted, or public. You may decline Google's consent screen, disconnect at any time, and choose not to publish. For Google user data, you can also manage or revoke CreatorOS access through your Google Account.
6. Linked services and policies
Google API Services data use is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. YouTube use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
