Operator
Synapse-X-CreatorOS ("CreatorOS") is operated by Muhammad Ahmad Mahboob, trading as SynapseN, based in Lahore, Pakistan. Payments for CreatorOS are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorized reseller of record.
1. Acceptance and account responsibility
By creating an account or using Synapse-X-CreatorOS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and for the actions taken through your account.
2. Connected platform accounts
You may choose to connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. A connection authorizes only the permissions you approve in the provider's consent screen. Connecting a platform does not by itself publish content. You may disconnect a platform at any time from Connections; see the Privacy Policy for local deletion and provider-revocation information.
3. YouTube use
If you use YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Before sending a video, CreatorOS presents the selected channel, title, description, and visibility. You remain responsible for reviewing each item and confirming the publish action. You must not use CreatorOS to violate YouTube policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
4. Generated and published content
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before use or publication and for ensuring you have the required rights and permissions. CreatorOS does not guarantee that generated output is accurate, unique, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose. You choose whether content is private, unlisted, public, a draft, or not published at all.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to create, upload, or publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or rights-violating content; to access accounts you do not control; to interfere with the service; or to violate any connected platform's rules. We may restrict or terminate accounts that misuse the service or create a security or legal risk.
6. Availability and changes
Provider features depend on third-party availability, account eligibility, approvals, and configured capacity. Features may be unavailable or change without notice. CreatorOS does not guarantee uninterrupted service, third-party approval, or successful publication.
7. Ending use
You may stop using CreatorOS, disconnect publishing accounts, and request account deletion. Ending a CreatorOS connection does not remove content already published to a third-party service. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.
8. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the Help page or the public support contact shown in the Privacy Policy.
